Pay homage to Fiber

Diet has become part of our life style to curb any invaders who causes havoc in our health. Fiber has always been secondary in our diets. There are two types, soluble and insoluble. Apples contain mainly soluble, while grains contain more of the insoluble.
The similarities ends when both types pass through the intestine without being absorbed.they act in totally different ways in our bodies.People who have high cholesterol would be advised to eat more soluble fiber.Hence to lower the amounts of unwanted substances in your body.
Therefore people with the history of colon cancer would take more insoluble kind to eliminate toxin and cholesterol from the intestinal tract.
They both fiber combine their talent in one area which is losing weigh.Adding Fiber in your diet
is the best way to loose weigh. The logicality is Food with high fiber are very filling therefore u will eat less.Fiber rich diets are low in fats and sugar therefore u will have less space for fats to gain weight. It adds bulk to your stool and causes waste to move rapidly.
With fiber in mind u can eat 3 satisfying meals a day without damaging your calorie count!
Make fiber your better half in a healthy weigh loss plan.

Yup, whole grain bread is an excellent source, if I may add. And not to mention its ability to promote smooth bowel movements. And I dunno if you guys heard about this bran called 'Millers Bran'. That's the best available source of fiber if I ain't wrong.

agreed, millers bran is a great source. We don't get it here, so I stick with wholemeal bread :duh:
