Is running really good for weight loss?
I've felt that going to gym has helped me better. Running didn't quite work out and results were not satisfying at all.
Oh, and it really doubles my appetite

But I'd still prefer Gym or exercises over running for weight loss.

Always remember, weight loss will only occur if you burn more calories than you consume. In short, cut short your fast food and alcohol intake, eat more fruits and vegetables and run to test your limits.
Of course, going to a gym for daily workout can tune in miracles for ur health . But it all comes down to fact as to how many lbs u are looking to shred.

Hope you are not overweight by a mile.

Start by brisk walking and once your body warms up, you can run for 2 mins, then go back to walking, continue walking for another2-3 min and run for 2min. Keep repeating this process for about 20mins. You can do this on a treadmill as well. If you can do this for about 20mins, you'll burn around 200cal. You can increase the time as you build your stamina.
Results guaranteed.
